Data is neither sold nor transferred. It is accessible only to SCI SPITIMAS and its technical service providers: OVH (hosting in France) and, if you book through these platforms, Airbnb or Booking.com, which apply their own privacy policies.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies. Only technical cookies needed for it to work (booking session, security) are set without your consent.
Traffic is measured without cookies, by the Independent Analytics tool installed on our own server: no data is passed to third parties, the IP address is not stored and the visit identifier is renewed every day. The resulting statistics are anonymous.
Some pages display a Google Maps map. Google sets its own cookies there, so the map is only displayed after your consent, given in the cookie banner or directly on the map. Your choice is kept for 6 months. You can change it at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights: contact@spitimas.fr. You will receive a reply within one month. In the event of disagreement, you can refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
